講座内容簡介:
Auburn University’s Wireless Engineering Research and Education Center (WEREC) was founded in 2002 with a general gift of $25M from Mr. Samuel Ginn, the past President of Vodafone (a British multinational telecommunications company). It involves faculty members from three departments and creates/runs the Bachelor for Wireless Engineering degree program, the first-of-its-kind in the world. In this talk, we will introduce the educational and research programs of the WEREC, and explore possible avenues for collaboration in research and education.
